Well its alright for all the rich kids that can change their chassis every year or so, but us lot that can barely stay in the sport, when the regulations make us lot on older chassis just as competitive as the ones updating there chassis' every year, it keeps us lot in the sport, and racing.
And bearing in mind TKM is supposed to be a low cost class to race in, making it so everyone has to upgrade to CIK chassis' then puts prices up, and with the prices of everything going up in the first place, and the recession, a lot of us wont be able to afford it!
As soon as TKM starts moving closer and closer to the Rotax way of things, will be when it dies completely.
The class that can cater for all, from the rich to the poor will be the class that succeeds, and as i understand, this was TKM and it was the biggest class in the UK? Everyone races Rotax now because theres no other classes to challenge it, but hopefully TKM will do, and go back to its rightful place as the best class in the UK.
Just my thoughts, Thomas.............
