im not sure if ian set it up, i rang him with a few questions about the carb a couple of weeks ago and told him exactly what was in the carb, its defainately a k44 needle and the other jets are very close to if not the same as posted above. reason i rang him is that it was dead in 1st gear at a hairpin but gearing sorted that out, now have little if no delay in first.
i was also advised by members of the forum to get the engine checked over/rebuilt before i start racing it. seems to be easier said than done, ian is very hard to get talking to, hes always very busy " a good thing i guess" for him anyway lol, been waiting on a call back to discuss getting the engine to him for a week now. he seems to be the man when it comes to 250 tuning so will just have to be patient
