Assuming you're on a 970mm Standard axle and standard rims (the black ones with no offset)just run out to the circlips on the rear, 15mm to 20mm on the front. If you're struggling for grip bring the rears in 5mm.
In the wet run no more than 10mm in each side on the rear and 35mm on the front using the Comer rims (gold with a large offset). If you're still struggling or it's really wet you can raise the ride height.
Someone who's been to the circuit may be able to help with sprocket choice. If you have a MyChron/Alfano, depending on the circuit you should see top revs between 12,000rpm and 12,600rpm. If you're not seeing these sorts of revs, and you're sure the carb is correctly set, add teeth to the rear sprocket. In the wet, add anywhere from 3 to 6 more teeth than you would usually run in the dry.
Tyre pressures are typically around the 16-26psi range. Measure them when you come in. If they have gone up 2psi or more you're probably too high.
There's enough information there to get you started.
