The set up details I gave you were from our Super 1 visit there just a couple of months ago....for sure it was hot AND grippy, however, the basic set up info is there or there abouts...tooth up or down, jet up or down etc...Tyre pressures will remain the same...
Exhausts are a funny thing....
Me and my son spent 2 whole days at whilton mill then PFi testing 16 exhausts, I had placed NEW wadding and baffles in all so we were in a level playing field, however, the difference between when the powervalve opened and bottom and top revs were alarming, out of the 16 we kept 5 and passed the rest on !!!
We always use 4 rotax exhaust springs (renewed monthly due to them stretching through heat expansion/contraction) and ALWAYS make sure the zorst is as straight as poss from the back of the engine.
