Ah, OK. But why then restrict yourself to AC, or, for that matter to 2-stroke, to single-gear or whatever? That way you wouldn�t end up having to source something pretty obscure.

Speaking of obscurity, you could always go for one of the MSA�s new �450cc 4-stroke gearbox short circuit class�. That way you would also have the distinction of � single-handedly � postponing the class� death before it�s started.
(Oh, how to discredit yourself in one easy move, MSA. But that�s another topic � covered in detail on K1).

And to QOT: No, I truly and definitely find the high-pitched sound of 2-stroke engines thoroughly unpleasant; and that�s not to mention the stench they emit. Don�t get me wrong; I agree they�re still a �necessary evil� sometimes � we still have two 2-stroke karts at this very moment.
