Having got totally sick of the many and varied problems of Rotax, and looking to race on a smaller budget!! I have decided to move to TKM Extreme, but I have a problem, clutch or DD? Having only raced clutched engines I have got used to braking hard and late and not worrying about stalling.. I recently tried a Club 100 kart and had a lot of problems especially on slow corners, old habits. Having visited a couple of race meetings most of the winners have been DD, few clutched. Is that true in general? I had hoped to go to the Festival but an unfortunate car accident for my dad meant I couldn�t (anyone want to buy an open top Jag X type lol). I like the idea of not having to maintain a clutch, but prefer the drive, but also want to be competitive? What do you think..? Help please!!!
