Buzz in my view there is nothing wrong with the X30 at all, as you saw it will " keep up with the seals" out of the box. The problem I foresee is when Mr Fat Wallet decides that out of the box is not good enough for him and hands it to a top tuner together with a vast wedge of wallet stuffing with a demand for more power. You then have the choice to either do the same or admit that Mr Fat wallet is going to be harder to beat. If you do go down the same route then the cost spiral begins because Mr Fat wallet will simply spend again when you have caught up. Eventually motors will need to be re built every week to keep up! This is the point that everyone will start saying," Hay if we get a governing body or company to regulate the motors we can cut our costs and maintain reliability by setting up regulated service centres and by getting a seal we could re level the playing field" sound familiar?
