That one is wrong (on push starting)! Just learn the 'technique' and elderly, infirm grannies can do it! I have written a 'how to' on the subject, it's long and pretty tedious but it covers most of the points. Reply with an email address if you want a copy.

Even without my assistance, you'll be using the 'technique' after a year simply because the 'technique' is actually obvious!

In fact, most drivers can start themselves without a 'pusher' if they use the correct technique. However, having an assistant helps!
