Adds to the spares list that have been invaluable to me...

Bumper bolts.
Exhaust flex at the length you're currently running.
Exhaust wrap and springs.

And going back to earlier suggestions, track rods and steering column should be near the top of the list for "going to get you out of a tight spot", you are very likely to end up bending them sooner or later.

If you run the Horstmann clutch, spare clutch drum, bearing and centre plate are good to have. If you run the V-clutch just keep an eye on sprocket wear and clutch drag, and you're unlikely to need to maintain at the circuit.
