Was involved in a very interesting chat at the F1 Forum with Sheikh Al Khalifa who is CEO Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) who are developing Bahrainian karting (They've only 100 drivers! and there are huge resources being put in place to grow); however they're attitude is that contact of any type indicates poor driving and that the new (then a proposal for) noses are fantastic as it will stop the racers developing "contact" attitudes. Shame that a world leader in Motorsport, Britain's karting community accepts the current driving standards. (Usually starts with too many Fathers who believe their kids can do no wrong and teams that encourage Aggression rather than Assertiveness) (We all know who those teams are!)
