Even if it went to an MSA 'court' and they imposed a 'fine', we all know that you can stick two fingers up and walk away with your money in your pocket if you feel like it.

Christodoulou didn't cough it all up, allegedly.

With the rapid increase of IKR, the power of the non-IKR governing body is diminishing, so it wouldn't be the end of the world, as other people have already shown and I still don't see how you can be accused of bringing the sport into disrepute for building an out of specification engine, it is up to the competitor to ensure his kit is within spec, even if, as we have been told, it has a seal on it.

They need an iron clad watertight case first.
As for taking licenses away from anyone by association with the engine builders, I think a good lawyer would destroy that.
