For those people who wish to complain about the kerbs at Fulbeck.... Just remember that kerbs are NOT part of the circuit. The circuit is defined by the white lines around the edge of the track. If drivers want to utilize the kerbs then it is their own choice. If there is subsequent damage to their karts then it basically self inflicted. I think the word is "Tough!!!" If they wish to use the kerbs, as if they are part of the circuit then not only will they lose a few fillings from their teeth, but will also lose time on their laps. Regarding the start line, this is basically in the same place as it has been for many years. All that has happened is that the finish line is now in the same place. Again, if drivers are not competent at negotiating the first chicane in a controlled manner then it is basically their fault. It seems very easy for people to criticize the circuit. A simple case of a "bad workman blaming his tools" i.e. the circuit. I am certain that there can be alterations made to cater for the whimps, but would it not be better that they learned how to drive in what can be difficult circumstances. Fulbeck has seen F1 World Champions race there, as well as Kart World Champions. Did any of them complain? NO !!! They just treated the circuit with the respect that it deserves.
