Various threads through the yearssuggest that although adjustable caster and camber aren't legal in TKM ( you have to use the centralised pills), it wasn't unknown for people to have a variety of stubs with different caster and camber built in.
However TKM rule 3.3.8 "The king pin bolts must be centrally positioned in both the frame stub axle mounts and stub axles. The position of the king pin holes must be non-adjustable and if required central neutral components must be used in place of adjustable ones"
makes this clearly outside the intent of the rules (and more difficult to achieve).
But there is nothing to stop you experimenting with caster camber units during free practice and it is beneficial to do so, bearing in mind that karts are built with different 'neutral' caster angles, which may impact the purchase of your next chassis.
