You either run Jag (rotax in any flavour)or JME (Iame in any flavour)
There will be very few MSA club grids because everyone will be following the 'series'.
Meanwhile, since there won't be any call for MSA club meetings except when 'the series' visits, the club IKR divisions will take over the club weekends and the MSA series will have to try to 'buy' standalone weekends, to run their National A meetings.
Estimated MSA licences, may be 1000, and there will be great efforts to promote MSA drivers as some sort of 'elite' and the various championships as 'prestigious'. But as they will have to support the whole bazaar of judiciary, scrutineering etc from those 1000 licences, their primary elite quality will be a stacked wallet.
The requests in the White Paper will have been fulfilled.
