Fastech racing (no affiliation) appears to have a fair range of typical kart system replacements - maybe worth checking their web site. If not, it should still be possible. The caliper is unlikely to have been a bespoke design for a few hundred (?) SWRD karts. Important to replace like with like on size, cross section, sealing mechanism and material of construction, so I would take them apart, measure up, identify material type, and try a few friendly auto factors and bearing / seal specialists. Also, don't underestimate the benefit of a strip and rebuild, even without new seals, if there is no rubber age degradation, sign of physical damage or significant swelling, a proper clean up and rebuild with the same parts and fresh fluid can often be effective.
