I can't give you a defintive answer, however......
The offical lap record will be for the MSA approved layout which is rear chicane in, cafe chicane out. Someone like Bob Shipman will know what the record is.
The layout you're looking for is what we often ran in non-MSA. The last results I had (which I chucked out a couple of months ago) were for the national circuit without any chicanes - the fastest lap that day from memory was a 41.2 so with the cafe chicane in, you would have been looking for a very low 42 to be at the pointy end.
Now that they have been doing some resurfacing on Southbank and the Cafe Chicane, you should be faster still......the pro kart grid has improved by about 0.5 second sinse the resurfacing!
You probably already know this but it is something like three years sinse rotax raced there last and I've not seen anything to suggest they will be back soon. I still have my old 05 OTK chassis hanging on the wall though....just in case!
