Went Sunday lunchtime and was pleasantly surprised how brisk business was in the hall - expected it to be quieter. Alot of newbies in - great news of the sport
Overall an improvement on last year, definately more stands and some good deals to be had (got new suit, gloves 10% off net and no VAT).
Not sure what people are expecting from such a show though. We need Kartmania or something akin,Autosport International as a Kart show is dead (if taking 2008 as an example, blink and you missed it) with sky high stand cost. Kartmania as a concept is great and I am sure the organisers will take on board what needs to improve (they did this year -v- last year)
Also as with any exhibition at any location the extras will always be expensive, captive market afterall - take sandwiches or stop nearby quite simple really!
With regards to re-admission I had to go back after getting home (handy living 15 minutes from the show!!) and finding they had given me the wrong size suit! - walked straight in without being asked for either a ticket or stamped hand.
