All the above chassis can still win a race..in the right hands...and if the chassis is in good condition.
When buying a chassis you need to know it is straight, you do not neeed a jig to do this, just a spare axle, or straight edge.
Lay the spare axle across the king pins, remove the rear hubs, and side pods if they obstruct your view, stand back about 1.5m and eye the top of the spare axle with the bottom of the axle in the kart...there should be no gap ie parralel.....a couple of mm out will be ok but no more...when we check our chassis we make sure this chech is 100% spot on. Also loook under the chassis, if the underside of the chassis is flattened its had a hard life. Hope this helps
