11:42am if i thought that was a joke i might have found it funny. Can i suggest you have a conversation with Colin before you post a reply to this mail it would also have been an advantage before your reply to my courteous response.
Whilst i understand that my situation is very much down to using an old machine i really don't feel a change in laptop should be quite so painful and for sure it should NEVER have taken so long.... Unless of course my FIRST contact was 11:42am this morning which would mean Colin's response this evening would have been good.
Customers... who needs them! and heres me thinking they were important... Thats were i have been going wrong wasting my time on PAYING customers.
