Not essential but will last much longer, we run them for 24hrs at le-mans on rotax, lubing at every hour stop, poss only changing at 20hrs, try to run 13t engine sprock to reduce chain inertia around sprocket.
Best `o` ring chain is the `RK Blue` available from Dartford Karting, aka, Kartstore.
