I don't pretend to know all about this issue but it's very obvious its causing a lot of reaction in the paddock and on the forums. And the anger and frustration seen isn't fair on the competitors and their wallets.
So could a manual clutch be the answer???
Be it hand operated or pedal operated, it would be down to the driver to learn the art of driving with a clutch, just like you would in a car. It wouldn't me massively expensive if Rotax supplied with the engine. Afterall I know some of you chaps are already spending a pretty penny and you would be safe in the knowledge that the best driver would get the most out of his/hers clutch. The engine does have a manual clutch assembly available as I've used it on a few 125cc bikes.
What ya reckon guys? Would this put an end to it all or am I talking out my flower pot???
