I quite agree that a balanced view needs to be taken, but as it is at the moment the balance appears to be tipped against the driver and I feel the reason for this has to be a severe lack of communication. If the drivers don't feel that they have been contacted about proposals and asked for their opinion then the problem has to be communication to the drivers.

I think it would be only fair to contact all the license holders via email to let them know of any upcoming proposals that will effect their racing directly, such as new classes, new tyres, new engines etc. At the end of the day it is the drivers who participate in the sport and make the sport what it is today so it's only fair to give them a chance voice their concerns over proposed changes in the sport.
