I did 2 seasons of S1 a few years back on my own and really struggled. I only really got on the pace towards the end of the second year.

To my mind it was slightly more competetive then in terms of driver volumes. I actually think its a lot easier to get a seeded spot now. This year, from a grid of 34, only 17 did all 6 rounds.

So I think we could turn up on our own and get a seeded spot, but I've always wanted to run with a team and never had the money until now, so I'm going to give it a crack... it can only help... surely! We'll be running with Dave L - but can only do 5 rounds as I have a clash with GYG so theres not much margin for error!

Back to the original question though, does anyone know have an idea of numbers yet?
