I would run in the 152kg band if you can, but make sure the driver in all his race gear inc helmet and gloves etc weighs at least 68kg. If not you'll HAVE to run in the 148kg band with the restrictor.
If you've never driven Kimi I'd start at a 10:78 gearing and work from there, taking a tooth or so off in due course. I personally would not chase over 16k revs on a senior motor, we never do at Kimi. Run the chassis fairly neutral ride height etc to start off with.
You can easily camp at the week end, behind the hedge on the grass strip at the end of the public car park is pleasant. Near the mound you spectated on at the Festival.
If I was there I'd offer a bit more help, but, alas, it clashes with the last round of S1, so we have the misfortune of racing at Whilton.
