I assume you are using the older 4 position caster adjusters. Both arrows facing forward gives you neutral caster- this would probably struggle to lift the rear around tighter corners- causing the unloaded tyre to drag- slow and understeer. Full caster setup will jack the kart chassis however you can have problems in fast sweeping corners-where you really want 4 tyres on the ground. It's all very much circuit dependant. Have you considered a half caster setup? several ways in doing this: 1. You can set the top pil forward and the botton pil at 90 degrees( arrow outwards)- however this introduces small degree of camber. 2. Use a centre pil on bottom with the top pil facing forward- this gives you half caster with zero camber.
The way I remember it is: full caster = 16 degrees KPI neutral caster = 14 degrees KPI Caster off = 12 degrees KPI Half caster allows = 15 or 13 degrees KPI
Camber can be adjusted -2,-1,0 +1 or +2. The newer multihole pil adjuster just give you more options (further confusion !)
