Would the float settings make the kart run like a sack of s@@t?? It does all sorts of stupid things like, won't rev properly without the choke on!! Then when I put the air filter on it is to restricted and won't rev properly!! At the minute it's not starting with the choke on, not Erving properly as in bit part, and leaking fuel out the overflow!!

The floats got no leaks and the pin is straight!!

Taken the carb completely to bits again, there is some scale on the inside of the carb that I can't shift, any ideas, I've tried soaking overnight in fuel, tar remover, hot water, ect, I'm sure there is something that will shift it in no time!! Any suggestions?!?!

Everything is clear and as clean as I can get it, with what ive done and carb spray, air line!! but doesn't look brand new if you know what I mean!!
