When something doesn't work that has previously, first question is ALWAYS "what has changed". If motor/carb have been sat for a while since you last started, the 'change' may be just the condition of the carb/fuel/filter. With fuel in the tank, remove the pipe from the carb and with end covered by thumb, lower below tank level into a suitable receptacle. Remove thumb (If top feed, you may need to BLOW into vent pipe to start the syphon effect) - If fuel flows into receptacle, this has checked fuel pick up position; tank vent; in tank and/or inline filter. If not, check/fix these and repeat. Clean & re-kit carb. (If you have already re-kitted, do it again making sure all parts are in correct order) On completion, either blow sharply or use small allen key in base plate hole to ensure needle is free on seat. Check pulse pipe for splits/tightness. Re-assemble. With airbox & filter removed, choke carb with palm of hand and spin engine over (make sure plug is removed but in it's cap and earthed on motor). If all is well you should now have a wet hand :)
