check your engine mounts. check your engine stop bolt - and the method you use to set it. my guess is a bent chassis, look at the area that has the short cross bar that usually sits underneath the engine, look for cracks here, if you have tried 2 motors it must be either alignment issue or a chassis issue, either a crack or twist. If you are using the same mount then its maybe a worn mount, or the bolts you use underneath has poor bolts that work loose. or,,bent sprocket carrier - remove it and clean it and sit it on a mirror thats the easy way to see if its bent, easy to say hard to describe. check your sprockets are straight also. How do you ensure the sprockets are aligned? if you use the same straight edge each time then check the straight edge tool is straight....
