Thanks Russell.

Only got to do 1 heat due to a cracked chassis, but thoroughly enjoyed being in among some proper TKM traffic for a change. The racing was spectacular - at least 4 different races going on in the final - the two front runners were both incredibly quick and gave each other a proper run for the money. Could easily have gone either way, just as with the last heat. Better than that, there was great racing at every level, and it was really good to see a few old faces out battling with some of the TKM newcomers.

A bit disappointing that I was spectating for most of the first round, but the racing was exciting to watch, and I can't wait to get myself sorted with a kart for round 2 at Wombwell. I think the self-built kart experiment is finally over...
