Hi Guys.

I posted on here about 2 months ago with a problem and received lots of help, and advice but we still haven't managed to fix it.

The problem is.. the kart miss fires/doesn't pick and stutters when under a low amount of throttle. the problem clears instantly when you open the throttle all the way but instantly re-appears when you let off the throttle completely and put your foot back down with a small amount of gas and the engine will stutter along. (I hope you all understand the problem)

We have tried the following things to sort the problem:

- Freshly rebuild carb - Jet setting at: low @ 2 &1/4
High at 10mins.
- Different ignition with different plug cap
- new spark plug
- new fuel line and filter.
- cleaned the air filter.

We have run out of ideas now so any help or advice would be much appreciated. As we are really struggling to fix this.
