I can see what youre saying about money and budgets but wouldn't that be more so for rotax drivers then, where their parts being more expensive and the money some of them shed out on a race weekend being run by a team? Rotax and other classes don't seem to have seen a decline like TKM and as mentioned before you don't need a modest budget to be able to compete in this class,this is said from a family who came to this class about 2 years ago who knew nothing but have picked things up and read up and now have a driver who can run at the front. Last season we had got up to 15 hrs on our engine and it was still as strong and competitive and we did 2 meetings from a set of tyres,so living proof that you don't have to spend a fortune to race and be competitive
