Hi all,
I am sure this has been asked one thousand timess but i am going to ask it one more time.
I have drove Rotax max for the past 10 years on and off, i originally started out on the OTK chassis, to which i found very fast with hardly any tweaking required. I then obtained some sponsorship and moved onto the CRG chassis; i found this to be an excellent choice. Over the years i grew bigger and heavier - i am by no means fat i am just a heavy guy so my karting days ended. Last week i bought a brand new Rotax max senior engine - absolutely forcing myself back into the sport. I still have my 06 CRG 32mm Road Rebel to which i was immedately back on the pace again - great chassis but it is getting tired. I am wanting a new chassis, i weigh approx 14.5 stone so i am in the 177, does anyone have any knowledge into what chassis suits this weight? I love everything about my CRG but i hear the new KT2 arent as competative in max this season but dominate euro's in x30 etc. I thought it was pick a colour you like and go for it as they are all the same, but it appears that if you dont have OTK then you might as well go home nowadays?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Tim.
