X30 Firing Problem

Was at race meeting this weekend weather awful wet and damp part way through the day on Saturday after coming in from a session and beforegoing back out we tried to start the engine it was turning but not firing so we changed the speak plug turned it over and it started
On the race meeting yesterday all was well until after coming back from scrutineering at the end of the day where we were asked to remove the reeds everything was put back together before leaving the scrut bay but when we got back before packing away we tried to start the engine but again the same as the previous day it was turning but not firing
I cant see 2 plugs being the problem?
Not likely carb as it ran all day on sunday no problem from the same problem on saturday
Anyone give any help what to check, I'm looking at either fuel not getting through or maybe an electrical fault but could do with a bit more info/ help?
