thanks for all the replies,will get a couple sorted now.

bertie77, the axle has`nt moved as yet,but then again i`ve only used the kart once so maybe there`s time yet! saw these `collars` on howard lucas` prokart a few years back and he seemed to swear by them as he said he`d never had an axle move since he fitted them and he did`nt even tighten the bearing grub screws. for me it just seems a better option and stops the hassle with the `butter` grub screws.
