I had a talk with Kelvin N at the Kart show about this and I think If the Cadets have the numbers to have two classes within the cadet class, it is worth talking about it further....

Class one is to run with the best engine you can build , beg, steal or pay some one build it for you, no restrictions on budget.

this will be the majority of karts I think.

Class two is for a budget engine, set at �XXX� price, un sealed, I think all the engine builders are happy to sell a std Honda engine for a fixed price, this class is to try and get Little Lewis to start karting with a fixed price engine, when he getts better and he tells his dad he wants to win, he will spend his dads $$$ on a Full tuned RPM Engine .

It will not include, RPM Sticker, Pump,cover, oil, clutch , throttle release system and engine mounts.

This and only this type of engine would be in the buy back pool.

Maybe Kelvin could post on here what he thinks will work and how.
