just bend them back till they r straight again, ive done it plenty times and used the same set of stubs for years. the only reason they snap is due to metal fatigue or the material being to hard/britle.
Best way to straighten them depending how bad they are? is to leave them on the kart and slide a holow rear axle over the length of the stub and bend it accordingly. use a ruler or straight edge and place it on the iside colar of the stub and make sure the rest of the stub has the same gap between the ruler and stub all the way along.
if where the stub conects to the track rods is also bent then your gonna have to stick the stub in a vice and your best bet is to try and bend with vice grips or pliers, try not to batter it with a hammer if possible although sometimes its a must ( get a rubber hammer ) :)
