We were amongst those lucky enough to practice this circuit before the last race. I think pretty much everyone came back into the paddock wearing a huge grin. I've never been so fast in a prokart - even ours... Maybe it makes a change to have the slow, tight left hander into the valley section on what has always been a fast sweeping circuit. As for leaving the track for the pit area, the left hand side of the track at the top of the hill is pretty much off line anyway and like Mike say's, a good early hand raised signal at this point should be fine. I dont think there should be any problems with this, there is usually a pretty high standard of regular drivers at 3S anyway. Lets just hope it stays dry on the night and the 'Monza of karting' finds a new home just off J.25 of the M6. Perhaps then more teams will invest 90 in a set of Chings and join in the fun.
