Not talking about using old oil, or extending when you change it. Just keeping what you use in tip top condition. In some ways just replicating the filtration system on more complex engines.
It takes seconds to change the oil on these engines, so why not? Even after 10 minutes use you need two coffee filters for 500ml of oil because of the amount of crud blocking it.
If you read about all the 'special' GX oils in the States (where Cool Power was developed) you will hear of plenty people who change oil after every sprint race.
I've used the 'thrash it in' method on several new race quads. Part of the theory involves changing the oil and filter after only 10 minutes. It's amazing how much swarf is already in the filter.
