The way the honda is designed when it is tillted back the oil will run straight into the head (time depends on viscocity of the oil and how warm it was when it fell over), 5 - 10 minuites should easily do it. Once the head starts to to fill up, it can seep through the valve in the rocker cover which allows it to flow straight into the plastic inlet manifold and into the carb. From the head and the carb and the cylinder the oil starts to work its way past the piston rings and valves and will start to fill the combustion chamber.
Carb will definatley need cleaning, if you can get as much oil as possible out of the combustion chamber as possible you should be alright but it can just clog everything up as it burns if you run it.
Removing the head and cleaning the chamber is the best option (making sure no dirt/grime gets into the engine).
