Makes sense to ask drivers to pay in advance, who can any one run a event with out even knowing if any one is going to turn up to it.

Most Clubs have a race day cut off date, and if you have not paid by that day, you will have to pay more.

Also with paying in advance your know that you will be not turned away as your race entry has been taken.

Even better, most clubs also have a program printed and all the drivers names, kart, drivers home town is included in the program, now PFI can do this and hopefully no need to charge drivers any more !!.

Most Clubs award trophies as below, now the PFI knows who will be racing MORE TROPHIES can be given out, even as many as most other clubs.

Awards in the form of trophies will be given in ratio of 1 to 4 entries.

And Novice Trophies to New drivers with less than 6 meeting done.
