I assume you want owner driver racing to continue at Lydd.
Its good to hear that you will be getting a MSA licence and if you talk to Chris Hilder or Nick Bryson (who will be at Lydd this weekend) or Paul in the shop they will explain what we are doing the help with regards to ARKS tests etc, as well as the situation regarding the Tyro class. Its also good to hear that you feel that another 10 or 15 will also be able to race, we will do all we can to include the other 15 or 20 drivers.
Sorting out the club (DKRC), and officials is not an easy task and will take a little time. The plan is that we have most of this in place by the beginning of June with the 1st meeting proposed for the 10th and 11th July ie just over 6 weeks away.
Thank you Trev for pointing out the Day Licence option.
We are trying with the support of Daytona to make it as easy as possible for all classes and levels of drivers weather they are MSA licence holders or not to be able to race at these events. If you want to help to make that happen then I would be pleased to invite you to attend the next committee meeting.
