Despite the horrendous weather driving to the circuit
14 of the 17 entrants toughed it out.
What a great days racing Wets till the last 2 hours an
then EcoLab, Datum, made the first move for slicks,
with black clouds looming it seemed like those who resisted the change might benefit but No the sun came out the track got drier and slicks were the way,
with Mc Donalds (1st) taking Ecolab (2nd) in the last hour of the race, MBC,(3rd)& GKD who were always in contention but had a few surprise pit stops,CPM with
a Key problem kept in contention finishing just 1 lap down, datum back at their old haunts had a spell where they were charging back up the field and the rest of the teams battled it out. A special well done to the new teams, most enjoyable day made by the weather and a high standard of driving Looking Forward to Racing again in the Three race series
