what difference does it make where the kart is made?

If you buy a Kart that is made in the UK, it has to be more practical to have it repaired at the factory it was made at , also all the spares are in the UK.

And what does "running very well" mean?

The driver is having great fun in his kart, at the end of the day thats all its about :)

and old karts , One little driver picked up a 6 year old 7-kart, Scott took it out for a few laps last Sat practice to see what is was like .
The kart was not set up, engines was 6 years old and not even SP engines, a bit of a shock to grant it was close to Scotts R2 times and Grants MBM.
Just gose to show how good theses karts are.
