ive taken a lot of advice off people, on the forum and off. i think as people alluded to on here there isnt much in the way of lap times..maybe the ms has it just on outright pace. the reason i chose the 7kart...well a few reasons really, its a british chassis..a) i like british and b)it gives someone a job in this country, parts are cheeper, the chassis is braized on every weld so if its bent or cracked it can be easily taken apart and put back together again, which for endurance racing i feel is important...longer hours on track...more chance of a crash...the chassis also seems to be a bit more suited to the wet weather from what i have been told, which at 3 sisters is a good thing cos it always rains and were on slicks LOL.. also ive heard from several people that the ms kart can tend to crack....that comes from people who own an ms and 7 karts...so its not a biased opinion....plus i like being different!...
...howard at lucas is a really nice guy and really enthusiastic about racing and i realise the ms is winning a lot at the moment...and is pretty much the entire grid at 3s...but ive never been one to toe the line HAHA....little rebel me! LOL
