Thanks for the responses. All good stuff, I'll try them next time I'm on track. I think I may have been running my tyres a little low... Dunlops ~25PSI on their second meeting. Also the pads are pretty close to the disc so that could be the issue. It isn't a problem for the first few laps but maybe as things warm up they get even closer causing the problem?!
I'm only running 0.5 Caster with the pills pointing forward (as those are the only ones I have at the moment).
Also, my Alfano isn't working which is a real pain. I presume it's the reed switch in the sensor but not convinced as the rev counter doesn't seem to work either and that's just a piece of wire. It would be really useful I guess in these circumstances to be able to see what revs I'm doing. Might have to spend yet more money haha
