If that's answering a question................ It's ironic that one of the most regular criticisms I received of my participation in karting was my openness and willingness to divulge information to other competitors. Inversely one of the many reasons we finally stopped racing was all the bluff, false info and back stabbing that goes on in most paddocks.
Some, maybe most, like this and view it as part of the sport. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. But especially when it comes to kids involvement my overiding belief is that everybody should work together so that the kids get the best opportunity to each show their potential. My recent experience of other sports shows that this is more normal than many people blinkered by the world of karting might otherwise believe.
