I have to agree with Scot Scott Abercrombie's & JCC�s comments on the buy-back scheme.
I don�t understand the obsession with power, yes it helps, but more time can be gained with set-up & tyres (tyres another contentious point). Recently did an EPEC with new 2-hour-old engines (rated at RPM 5.3), had a very good set-up, only club-level drivers & was running an easy 3rd till a mechanical took us out (not engines).
This started not about SP�s or not, but about the new Honda GX160 engine. I am sure someone will back-to-back the new engine with old ones, then we will have some understanding of the expected out-put & how this will affect prokarts racing in the coming season.

Seems to me like Kelvin Nicholls has his work cut out, can�t please all of them all of the time, good luck!!
