It is ok - I found it:

Given the grid numbers in the past few years I am not surprised that there is only the one class and I agree with this. The background and reason for clubman worked well for the first year or so but as front running clubman drivers were faster and on better kit than the Elite class it kind of makes a mockery of what was introduced for relative novices, old boys and fat lads! that said Gary was a worthy winner last year and did so on an 11 year old chassis and the experience he has gained over the past few years.
As regards tyres I suppose this is inevitable given that the Honda Challenge EPEC and virtually every other race series uses the YDS tyre. Despite the Dunlop being the MSA tyre we have been the odd one out for a long time. I recommended the status quo for 2013 on slicks and restricting wets to KT3 only. I am checking what the situation is with the Honda Challenge for 2012 - I think they could use either the Bridgestone or the Dunlop. Given that there will be loads of unused KT3s around I would keep this myself.
There is an error with regard to the Engine regulations which i shall advise once I get clarity on the HC tyre position.
