For those not on Facebook/email distribution the following was posted earlier today:

We will have a meeting on the 16th of Jan at Karting North East starting at 7pm. This is to discuss 2013 regulations and an opportunity to have your say.

You must be a club member and an adult to attend (over 18). For junior members, one parent/guardian is allowed per junior member.

If this meeting is a success and worthwhile we may continue with a regular club meeting.
We will also be sending an email to members today.

For anyone unable to attend but have anything specific to raise in relation to prokarts please email me at [email protected]

I just need to work out how I am going to get there. If I can't you will be assured that I shall let the appropriate people know.

Only issue from my perspective is tyres. To re-iterate I recommend that we keep to the same position as the Kartmania Honda Challenge (ie Bridgestone YDS slicks but both Dunlop KT3 and Bridgestone wet), however, given the short notice of the slick change that we continue to use both the Bridgestone and Dunlop slick for the 1st 3 rounds. This should give a bit of time for used YDS tyres to come available for those that need them (Bobby at Teesside has already said in the thread below that they have loads from last year).
