The trouble with the pin punch method is that it is easy to tilt the bearing as you do it, and that can damage the alloy seat.
You can get them out by heating the seat with a paint gun / hair dryer. ( Seat...either the spider if you have spiders containing the bearing, or the centre boss if you have wheels with centre bearings).
After a couple of minutes the bearings will just fall out as the alloy expands more than the bearing. You don't need to overheat the alloy, you aren't looking to see the grease boiling, for example.
Getting the bearing in can be done the same way, the heated rim will allow the cold bearing to be lined up and pushed in by hand.
I've normally found it quicker than trying to punch out a bearing on a cold day, when the cold alloy grips the bearing tighter than normal, while sometimes on a hot day or with a bearing running hot the bearings get so loose they stick on the stub and fall out of the seats on their own.
